Our proactive approach and dedicated Safety Personal, have instituted Safety performance by managing, training, measuring and assuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Colin Spaeth Safety ManagerColin-Spaeth

Colin Spaeth is responsible for the oversight of safety operations and training for the Brewer Companies. As a Triangle of Prevention Representative (TOP Rep.) for the United Steelworkers (USW), Colin regulated and enforced OSHA’s General Industry Regulations and Rules for the Regional Health, Safety & Environmental Department.

Prior to USW, Colin joined the City of Flagstaff as a Risk Management Specialist while he continued training employees and working with supervisors, managers and upper management on OSHA regulations; becoming involved with PRIMA (Public Risk Managers Association) and receiving a scholarship from the PRIMA.

While continuing to work, Colin graduated from Northern Arizona University, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.

Safety Program

As a commitment to each of our employees and to our customers we work for, we conduct a weekly safety training class to ensure that we are complete compliance with OSHA regulations, local policies,customer and contractor requirements.
