Tim Snyder -President / Owner / Member (Left)
Tim spent twenty five years in the computer industry. That career ended with spending the last thirteen years working for computer hardware and software companies in a sales capacity. Tim’s final two positions were V.P. of WW Strategic Accounts for Fujitsu and then Director of Sales Western US for Tarantella Inc. Tim left the computer industry wanting to move into entrepreneurship.
With the help of friends and family with industry experience, Tim started a Commercial Plumbing Service company. After five successful years, that company merged into the Brewer Companies. Tim has used his vast sales and marketing experience to help grow the Brewer Companies and now serves President of Brewer Commercial Services. Tim’s previous leadership roles in Corporate America led to an appointment in 2014 as Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Construction Association.
Doug Rich – General Manager (Right)
Doug has been working in the plumbing industry for 26 years. He started his career in 1988 in San Diego, Doug obtained his journeyman license through the PHCC and became a certified backflow prevention assembly tester through the AWWA. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 1999 Doug became the assistant field operations manager ensuring that the service technicians were trained in areas of need and assisted on jobs as needed.
Doug has been in a field management role since he relocated to Phoenix, starting out as a foreman taking over and completing the Freightliner facility located in Tolleson, AZ as well as overseeing other projects located nearby. Doug moved into a general superintendent position in 2003 overseeing all field operations for installed plumbing systems in new tract homes and commercial projects. Doug accepted the position of General Manager at Brewer Commercial Services in 2008.
